(KKGA) is a specialized consultancy Company, headquartered in New Delhi, India, focused on providing a range of financial consultancy services to small and medium sized companies nationwide. Mr. K. K. Gupta, FCA

Mr. K. K. Gupta, FCA, has an experience of more than 38 years in this profession. A true visionary, he continues to provide his services in the field of Accounts, Corporate and Bank Audits, Income Tax matters, Sales Tax/GST matters and Project Finance. He has been involved in the audits of various blue chip Companies, Schools, Colleges, Clubs & Societies and major PSU Banks such as State Bank of India, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Bank of India etc.

He has assisted numerous public and private Companies by arranging Debt/Equity for them. During the last 38 years he has been arranging Project Finance on turnkey basis and this has now become his specialization and brand. Mr. Gupta has now set his goals higher by setting up KKGA Par Excellence (P) Ltd. to expand the operations. Mr. Gupta is young and has an electric & dynamic personality. His vision and insight in corporate consultancy matters has been quite accurate and helpful to his clients.

Mr. Tarun Kumar, CEO

Mr. Tarun Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, is an experienced operations professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Compliance, Operations Management, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Team Building, and Management. He has more than 30 years of experience and has advised a number of corporate including startups in legal and secretarial compliance for fund raise through debt and equity instruments.

THE FRANCHISE ECOSYSTEM

SME’s cannot afford to do business in faraway places because of language, cost and logistic constraints. Hence there is a great necessity to appoint Franchisees in all major cities across India.

The Franchise System envisages appointing like-minded, professionally sound and business entrepreneurs for offering our services to SME’s across India. The Franchisees will be provided with a well-researched and structured system and methodology to operate in their area. This is uniform for all the KKGA centers throughout the country.

ELIGIBILITY

The Franchise is open to all Indian nationals between the age of 21 and 60 fulfilling the following main criteria:

Qualifications

The prospective Franchisee must be either a qualified Chartered Accountant, ICWAI, Company Secretary or an MBA (Finance).

Premises

Should possess office premises of 500 sq. ft to 1500 sq. ft. (owned or rented)

Investment

Must be willing to invest Rs.7 to 15 Lakhs in the business as per the area of operation.

FRANCHISE LOCATIONS

KKGA intends to appoint 60 Franchisees in various parts of the country including Delhi/ NCR region. KKGA Centers are planned to be established in Metros as well as in Tier II & Tier III cities as given below

Tier I Cities

New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Bengaluru.

Tier II Cities

Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Indore, Gwalior, Bhopal, Raipur, Jammu, Srinagar, Patna, Ranchi, Bhubaneshwar, Hyderabad, Amravati, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Lucknow, Kanpur, Navi Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, Aurangabad, Nagpur and Goa.

Tier III Cities

Daman, Silvassa, Shimla, Saharanpur, Agra, Aligarh, Moradabad, Bareilly, Allahabad, Dehradun, Guwahati, Imphal, Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram, Mangalore, Ambala, Karnal, Pathankot, Patiala, Hoshiarpur, Ajmer, Rajkot and Jamnagar.

WHAT WE PROPOSE TO PROVIDE TO OUR FRANCHISEES

  • A well-defined system of procuring and executing business deals
  • A standard operations Training for two people in your Firm/Company
  • Ongoing Marketing and Promotional support
  • Brand support of KKGA Par ExcellencePvt. Ltd.
  • Support of necessary stationary such as visiting cards, Leaflets, Brochures, Kits etc.
  • A Standard Operating Manual
  • Complete execution of the business generated through the Franchisee Center by KKGA Team at its own expense.

ADVERTISING & PROMOTION

KKGA will release advertisements in the national/ local newspapers and national magazines and also indulge in specific business garnering marketing strategies such as social media marketing. The cost of such marketing and promotional advertisements etc. will be borne by KKGA as per annual budgets set by us. All national/ local advertisements will contain a list of all KKGA Centers in the area covered by the publication.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS

  • The Franchisee shall pay an Annual Franchise Fees of Rs. 10,000/- for Tier III City, Rs. 15,000/- for Tier II City & Rs. 25,000 for Tier I City.
  • The Franchisee will deposit a refundableSecurity Deposit of Rs.5,00,000/- for Tier III City, Rs.7,50,000/- for Tier II City & Rs.10,00,000 for Tier I City.
  • The Security Deposit shall bear simple interest of 12% p.a., payable half yearly and subject to taxes, as applicable.
  • The Franchise Agreement will be for a period of 3 years renewable for another three years on payment of additional Franchise Fees.
  • A total investment of Rs. 7 – 15 Lakhs (including Security Deposit) is envisaged in the venture.
  • The Franchisee will be entitled to 25% of the Gross Fee collections from the businessgenerated by the franchised center.
  • Annual turnover of Rs. 75 Lakhs to Rs. 150 Lakhs is expected
  • Net profit of Rs.15 Lakhs to Rs. 30 Lakhs p.a. is expected
  • Break even expected in first year itself.

NEXT STEPS

  • Request for the prescribed Franchise Application Formby sending a DD for Rs.5000/- in favor of “KKGA PAR EXCELLENCE PRIVATE LIMITED” payable at New Delhi at the registered office of the Company.
  • Submit the completedFranchise Application Form.
  • Application considered and background checks done by KKGA.
  • Personal Interview in Delhi with Franchise Development Team and the Directors.
  • If successful, approval is advised.
  • Complete paperwork and pay the requisite fee as defined in the Approval Letter.
  • Attend the next available Training Session in Delhi (Mandatory).
  • Install Outdoor lighted Board as per KKGA approved design
  • Decide celebrity/ senior finance veteran for inauguration (KKGA will assist)
  • Launch Center.
